If your order exceeds $350.00 for 'rest of the world' orders please email wanaka@roamclothing.co.nz for a custom shipping price.
Our prices do not include import duties or customs fees, which vary by country. Please note that we are not responsible for unexpected delays related to customs and border controls at destination.
Returns
New Zealand
For New Zealand customers. Items in original condition may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Cost of return is on the customer. Please include your order number and size/item for exchange. Items should be sent to: Roam Clothing, 18 Dunmore st, Wanaka 9305. Please include your name and order number in the package. We will send you the exhanged item free of charge.
Rest of the world
International orders are generally final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws, including rights available to consumers in the European Union.
European Union Consumers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the withdrawal function available on our website or contact us at wanaka@roamclothing.co.nz
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Upon recieving the returned goods, we will process a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
This right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised, or to any other products excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
