You can electronically submit your declaration using the online function on our website. If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt via email, containing your cancellation data, date, and time.

European Union Consumers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the withdrawal function available on our website or contact us at wanaka@roamclothing.co.nz

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Upon recieving the return goods, we will process a refund of the purchase price, exclusing delivery charges in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

This right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised, or to any other products excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
